Hi Hope someone can assist, looking for a calculation to give a precise value.
I have this table
[TABLE="class: grid, width: 300"]
<colgroup><col style="mso-width-source:userset;mso-width-alt:2779; width:57pt" width="76" span="2"> <col style="mso-width-source:userset;mso-width-alt:4534;width:93pt" width="124"> <col style="mso-width-source:userset;mso-width-alt:2889;width:59pt" width="79"> </colgroup><tbody>[TR]

And need to calculate the pay out % of a bonus with these limits.
Achievement of <=95.00% = 0% Payout.
Achievement of >=100.00% = 100% Payout.
Achievement of between 95% and 100% receives an increasing amount.
So for example at 95.1% pay out % would be precisely 2%, but what would the pay out % be if they achieved 95.177%
Thanks for any assistance:)
