I'm trying to figure out a bypass for when I want to take out formulas. Sometimes I just plain forget to do "copy, paste special, values" so when I pass along the data, the recipient gets pissed.

Generally these are the Excel-ignorant types who freak out when they see something like "Do you want to enable macros even though they might contain viruses?" and then we get into a cussing match. Any suggestions besides the obvious?
