Hi,

I have 8 individual data spreadsheets which update themselves through an internet connection. Using the 'paste special' 'paste link' function I have taken key columns from these 8 spreadsheets and pasted them into a new spreadsheet so that these columns will update automatically as the other 8 are updated. This part works fine.

However the problem that I am having is that I need to email these spreadsheets to a colleague and maintain the connection between them (so if you update any of the original 8 the new spreadsheet will change accordingly). Is there any way that this can be achieved?
What happens at the moment is that when I email the spreadsheets the link between them is lost.

I am using excel 2007

Would appreciate any help you can give me on this. Thanks
