I am looking to post a range from one spreadsheet into another which has hidden rows due to filtering and i would like to ignore these rows.

for example, this would be the range.
Book1
A
11
22
33
44
55
66
77
88
99
1010
Sheet1

And i would like it to paste here
Book1
A
11
22
88
99
1010
Sheet1

but as you can see, it is filling in the hidden rows rather than skipping rows 3-7 and using 8-15 instead.

This is probably something simple which my online search isnt picking up, i can only really see ways to copy data and ignore hidden rows.

Thanks in advance!
