Hi All,
Is it possible to 'Password Protect' a whole directory within Windows Explorer so that only those with the password can view the files within that directory??

If It is, how do I do it?

Thanks in advance,

Aidan

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
Assuming this is on a net work drive, if you right click look at the properties and sharing should be there, then add the people you want to share it with and it should exclude others, you can also set read/write permissions. If that doesn't work for you then speak with your system administrator they can do more on the server admin stuff

Not really but you can set up folder and file permissions so that only the accounts you want to access it can.
