Password protecting a form on Access 2000

Is it possible to allocate a password to one specific form and not the whole database?

There are various ways you could do this. The simplest is probably to put this code in your form's code module:-

Private Sub Form_Load()
    If InputBox("Enter password", "Password Required") <> "password" Then
        MsgBox "Access Denied"
        DoCmd.Close acForm, Me.Name
    End If
End Sub
