Hi

I am not sure if this is possible....

I presently have a userform and within the userform, the user can check a checkbox to say that a process has been audited. I would like to control the users that can actually insert/remove a checkmark from that checkbox.

The person would click on the checkbox but would require them to enter a password in order for it to work. Upon entering the password, they would be able to check the box.... and the reverse would also apply. If they want to remove the checkmark, they will need to first enter a password.

Is this possible?

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Sure it is. I would make the checkbox disabled until they pressed a button to unlock it. Just create a new form that pops over the current form to ask for the password. The question is, is the password going to change? How? If it doesn't change, you can put it in the code to check for the right password. You'll just need to password protect the VBA project so they can't peek if you think the users will go that far or how important it is. If you save the password on a very hidden sheet, you could go change it manually. If you need to change it with a form, then we add more time.
