Password protect certain cells

Situation: I have a spreadsheet for work with Salespeople and their A/R aging. I would like the salesperson to see the accounts pertaining to them and not others. This is needed as some salespeople are know to poach customers away from others. I don't want to filter the report and send individually to 500+ salespeople each week. I was think about throwing the data into a pivot table.

Any and all suggestions will be considered.
