If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Sort by date Sort by votes
Add a column for distinct count of invoice no. Its asking how many invoices have the party name as SAIND, then asks how many different party names there are (all SAIND) so one.
