Partial Text VLOOKUP (Fuzzy Match) Reverse lookup.

Greetings to All,

It works almost exactly like Partial Text VLOOKUP (Fuzzy Match) but the lookup value and the lookup column table has been exchanged.
The lookup value would be the full text string while the lookup table column would be the partial text strings contained by the lookup value full text string. I have tried the approximate match but it does not work. I also have searched for years but nol luck
an excel formula for this whether vlookup or index match would be greatly appreciated.
