Partial String search from a cell to display 2nd half of the text

HI, I am looking for a way to do a string search in a cell and print the 2nd part of the text in the cell. In cell [A1] i have value "TWD = 30.068323" and I want to a formula to return everything after "= ", so in this case, it should return value 30.068323.

Can someone help me with this.
