Is it also possible to extract information between text from location and area like from

Wayne Brent (retired) Associate Director, Evaluation Services at The University of Arizona. Location Tucson, Arizona Area Industry Higher Education

I don't think that's possible using a formula. It looks like it needs some extra information. I didn't see this data in your original sheet.
