I am trying to come up with a parsing rule to be used on 400+ cells.
An example is the combined address is 11160 VILLAGE NORTH DR, TRC: 08/19/2009, ST LOUIS, MO 63136-6159
I need the data parted into
B1 = 11160 VILLAGE NORTH DR
C1 = ST LOUIS
D1 = MO
E1 = 63136-6159
"TRC: 08/19/2009" is completely omitted.
Also there is no comma between the city and state which makes things even more difficult.
And the address city's and states can vary.

Excel Facts

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
Uh, your example shows a comma between the city and state???

Thats part of the problem also, sometimes the comma exists and sometimes it does not...............I guess I could add the commas needed between city and state. That should make things easier
