Parsing data out from a single multi-line cell

I have a data coming form submits to Google Sheets through Zapier email action. The data comes into 1 column and 1 row for each submission. The cell data looks like the following between the quotes:

"You have received a new form submission.
Be sure to follow up with this lead as soon as possible.

* Name: John Smith
* Email: johnsmith@email.com
* Phone: +1 (555) 555-555
* Seeking: Support Help

This lead has been provided by Website Name."

Based on the above multi-line cell data that is pure text as seen, how would I be able to parse out the data for Name, Email, Phone and Seeking into their own columns on the same row?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
