Hi,

Doe anyone know how it would be possible to run a parameter query, but have the parameter selected from a drop down list (ComboBox) instead of typing the info ?

i.e. I want a report based on a query, but I want to report on open requests by salesperson. A mistype in the Salesperson name means no data ! If they are forced to select from a Combobox then the accurate report is reflected...

Any ideas ?

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.

You can do this, but it requires a little Form creating and VBA writing.

You can create a Form where the user selects the options, and clicks a command button to process/run. This button builds the SQL statement needed to run the query.

To see what the SQL statement should look like, create the query, and change the view to "SQL View".
