Page Scroll Height

Can you set the page scroll height so that if you have hidden data the scroll height would only be until the last activerow so that if someone scrolled they wouldn't see by the row numbers that cells were hidden, they would have to manually arrow down etc... rather than dragging the scroll bar.

I know that if you are smart enough that you would hack the security and unhide but this would be just for average type and save users.

Couldn't you just turn the scroll bars off? Or is that not an option?

I would prefer to leave scroll bars on, I know that you can set a range in the worksheet however the scroll bar still shows that there is extra data below it's max scroll height.
