I am trying to drag the dotted line on page preview down a few rows, but the dotted line remains in the same row i.e it won't adjust

it would be appreciated if someone could assist me

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Is the dotted line blue, or black?

And is the print area set?

The print area is set. When I changed the orientation from Landscape to portrait, I was able to drag the dotted line down a few rows and then I changed it back to landscape. Its strange but it worked for me

Perhaps you’re near/at the limit of what you can fit on a page?

that is most probably the case. By playing around with the settings I eventually got it to work
