Page Layout View - Somehow missing the Header and footer and white "paper" background.

I am working in page layout view with a file that has two tabs. The first tab is what I want it to look like with the white page in the background with headers and footers (see image #1 below). But somehow in the second tab, I clicked something, and it does not display the paper background with the headers and footers (see image #2). Please help.

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
Try Clicking on a box with text. See if it changes back.
