Greeting everyone,
At my workplace, we're running into an odd problem. We create a weekly report on Excel. Normally, the preparer uses Excel for Windows to take last week's iteration and modify it for the current week. However, a couple of times when she has been out of the office, a Mac user has prepared the file. When the file is handed back to the PC user the following week, the page breaks seemingly become locked. Although they appear to be removed via the normal method, when you go to print, they magically reappear. Curiously, the option to "Remove All Page Breaks" is grayed out.
The problem is easily fixed by cutting and pasting a couple of rows from a previous version of the report over the "permanent" page breaks, but I am nonetheless mystified by the underlying cause. My Google-fu has failed me in this search. Is anyone aware of a bug like this?
Thanks in advance.
