This issue is driving me insane, but hopefully an super easy fix ...

I'm using Excel for Mac 2008. Each page has only one column (and 26 rows). My goal is to change this to a more normal setting where each page has multiple columns, but I can't figure out how. Does anyone know how to do this in Excel for Mac 2008? I'm unsure if it is a print setting or a page break setting. I've tried adjusting both, but I find this is hard to confidently do in Mac 2008.

My apologies if this has already been answered - been searching for the answer for a week now to no avail. You'd be my hero if you can solve this puzzle.

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
this was on the google groups discussion forum....otherwise I don't think you can !!!

If you select File>Page Setup, then "Adjust to", then select View, choose Page Layout, then switch back to Normal (Page Layout will now be unchecked), you will now see dotted lines in your worksheet that you can drag to force page breaks where you want them.

Michael, you are amazingly AWESOME! You led me to exactly what I needed to fix this.

So that others know the path I took, which was close to your suggestion above, but must be a Mac 2008 nuance - I went to File>Page Setup>Options>(I had to adjust the Paper Size to "Letter" then clicked "OK", then "OK" again to close out of the Page Setup). This added more columns to each page. Then I clicked on View>Normal, and by hovering my mouse over the dotted line, I could drag the page break.

Michael, thank you SO MUCH for leading me to the right solution. I have hope you have a great one. You are an awesome person. Thanks!
