I have a form that extracts the date automatically from the serial number. So user fills in the serial number in the first sheet and it calculates the serial number into another cell and then that cell is copied into the second sheet which is kind of a form letter but sometimes the value is different so I need a cell to insert the custom date. I could have a macro reset the formula with a button press but I was wondering if there is there a way to have a custom date cell that is pulled in place of the formula?
