Overtime Tracking

Can someone help me make a Overtime Tracking Sheet? I would like it to list the Name of the Employee, the Hours they worked that DAY, the current TOTAL hours they have worked for the Month, Quarter and Year, and the Last DATE they worked. I would also like to be able to figure out who hasn't worked in the longest time. For example you have 50 employees and two have never worked any OT based on the DATE, they should be next to work.

Any idea how I can set this up and make it easy for others to use? Ideally I would just like to input HOURS and DATES.

Thanks

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
