Overlapping Times and Date

Hello all,

As ever, i wondering if anyone can help with a problem i am having.

In columns B & C of the attached i have some times and dates where we asked colleagues to work at short notice. In columns E & F is the time colleagues actually worked.

I would like to take each instance of when someone worked & confirm how many minutes overlap there are with instances where we asked them to work.
