Overlapping hours

Hi,

I have a list of people who work 8 hour shifts (call center reps). These reps have various 'downtimes'. Some of these overlap due to preassigned breaks etc. If i have a table woth all kinds of exception codes, rep ID's, start and end times etc, is it possible to highlight the specific codes that are overlapping, as well as the overlap duration.
