Hi, need help with highlighting cells that don't fall with my range of specifications. My spec is 40-60. I would like to highlight the values in the data cells which fall from 0-39 and from 61 up. I'm sure it is an easy fix. Can anyone help me with this one?

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Hello,

Think you may want conditional formatting, select your first cell e.g. A1, then select conditional formatting, then select New Rule then select then select Use a Formula and enter =OR(A1<40,A1>60) and format as required. Then use the format painter to format the other cells.

Does this work as expected or is it what you require?
