<Outlook> Want to Use FileName as Email Adress (Please Help)

Dear Members...

I want a help on the issue that I want to use my filenames as email addresses while sending them.
I want to send the individual file to only that address which is addressed in file name.

An outlook VBA code or any program suggestion will be really helpful.

Here is the filename screen shot...
