Outlook VBA - Ribbon add to disable reply with history

Since Outlook doesn't have a macro recorder, does anyone know how to disable the "reply with history"? I know we can do this by FILE/OPTIONS/MAIL/REPLIES and FORWARDS, change When reply to message to "Do not include original message". I'd like a macro to do this that can be simply toggled on and off at the ribbon Thanks
