Outlook VBA Code to Disable Popup Message

Hello,

Is there a particular code I can use in Outlook to disable a pop-up message. The message I get is from a secured email in a shared mailbox stating "Message was sent securely to these recipients. Select your identity." I want it to either click cancel or just disable completely. Is this possible?
