Outlook to Excel VBA

Thanks for the help in advance. I was trying to see if there was away to copy the subject and body of an email if the words Hold Mtl appear anywhere in the subject line of the email on incoming or outgoing emails. The path to the excel workbook is C:\Users\jamey.epperson\OneDrive - G&G Steel\pdf-NEW (OD)\Mtl_Hold_Outlook.xlsx.

I only skipped through about half of this, but it looks like it might do what you want plus a lot more. Seems that your Office version is compatible.
