Hello Again All!
Question: I save all my emails in a subfolder of Inbox relating to what project the email is referenced to. When the job is complete I have been exporting to Excel for archival purposes. I am writing an Access Application, which I would like to automatically export the emails into a table, which would have a form built to view and print the emails. You can not record Macros in Outlook, so I am requesting help with code to accomplish this please.
I would like to create a command button on the form in Access to trigger the click-event for the named project folder, it would then export to a table, then I would be able to view all records from that table. I would like for it to either over write the table, or just add the items from the last transfer.
If this is not feesible, could I get help with code to automate the export to a specific path and filename, then I could hyperlink the click_event to that file?
Which would be more practical?
Thanks for all and any help in advance.
