Hi everyone,

I use outlook as my CRM. I would like to know if there is a way to link the tasks I create to the contacts that they are associated with? I want to be able to look at my list of contacts at any time and see that each one always has a follow-up associated with it. Those follow-ups are usually emails, but I can't figure out if this possible.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Hi,

I am using Outlook 2010, I use the "Business Card" view as my standard. If I open a contact by double clicking it, I can then click on "activities" in the "Show" tab and all activties (emails) show up. I realize that this is not really what you want to do, that is having to multiple click each contact to gather the info you are looking for.

So that got me looking around Outlook. I believe that if you choose the "List View" as you current veiw, and then customize your columns/fields you should be able create the a customized "list view" that will display the info you are looking for at a glance in the list form.
