First of all - thanks for reading my dilemma, and for any and all suggestions and help!
I have the Office Suite 2010 - Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
I work for a financial institution, and we receive investment payments on a recurring basis, but there is no pattern to the timing of these payments. On the first of each month, I learn the dates of the payments for the following month (Yesterday, Oct 1, I learned the dates of the payments for Oct 1-31). This month, there are 11 payment dates, 8,10,11,15,17,21,22,24,24,29,30. September, I had 7 payment dates - 5, 16, 18, 19, 20, 25, 30. I would like to set up either a recurring appointment or a recurring task to remind me of the payment dates (and also inform others in the "need to know") each month. However, there doesn't seem to be any way to set up a recurring task or calendar event where you can select the specific dates.
Short of entering either 11 tasks or 11 calendar events for October, does anyone have any suggestions on how to note these in Outlook? I don't care if it's a task or calendar event.
Again - thanks for any/all suggestions!
