Hello folks,
i would like to create a rule in Outlook so that all Meeting Request responses: accepted, Declined, Propose new Time would be redirected to a specified folder.
i have searched in the templates in the define rules but could not find a rule that would do what i need.

any ideas how could i define this rule?

thank you in advance,
Neveu

Hello Neveu,

If you have Outlook 2007, you use the Rules Wizard listing under "Stay Oraganized" that reads:

Move messages with specific words in the subject to a folder.

You can make a list of keywords such as "Accepted: ";"Declined: ";"Tentative: " which appear at the beginning of the Subject line in responses to invitations.

Hope this helps.

thank you very much.
amazingly simple and elegant.

it works perfectly - i had a more complex approach - to make a rule based on the document type...

regards,
Neveu
