Outlook questions

Anyone here have some deep experience in MS OUTLOOK sorting?

I get about 700 emails a day with an attachment named like "65102.jpg" and "164G21"

I would like to sort the mails into folders named "654" and "164". I posted this question on the OUTLOOK SUPPORT FORUMS and nobody replies. That should tell me something, but I thought maybe my friends over here could help??
