Hi, I've seen a coupel of items on the site about using simple Macros in Outlook to affect organisation of emails.

But nothing that really covers what I'm looking for.

If anyone can help that would be brilliant!

There are 7 of us accessing a shared inbox with multiple folders for each user, but it is the Master folder the "INBOX" I really want to affect with the Macro. I'm wanting it to actively pick up emails that are 48hours old, or older and apply the "red" category to them (you know the little red coloured square thing!) Ideally I would want this to run on load. So as soon as one of us logs in to Outlook the macro runs and updates the inbox folder. Helping us identify works that are in urgent need of action.

Thanks for your help

Andy
