Hi

I don't want to use rules as I would have about 40+

I'm wondering if anyone could help me with a macro for outlook which will when ran move email into their own folders or sub folders

example

test1@gmail .com send to (root folder) work: (folder) test1
test2@gmail.com send to (root folder) work: (folder) test1

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
thanks

that works great many thank

one more how do I add in a sub folder

main folder is work
sub folder is test 1

Try something like:

Set myDestFolder = myInbox.Folders("Personal Mail").Folders("Test")
