Hello Everyone,
My office uses outlook 2007 and I have a situation where we would like to filter specific messages to either be deleted or moved to a separate folder rather then cluttering our inboxes. I understand that you can set up rules that will move or delete messages based on sender name or message content but I am looking for a very specific set of circumstances. When we send emails we consistantly receive response emails only conatining the word "thanks". Obviously multiple emails contain the word thanks somewhere in the message so I cannot use a general rule to block emails containing that word. Is there something that I set up to say that if the only word contained in the message (other then the email signature and replied message) is the word thanks move or delete it?
Thanks for your help.
