i organise meetings for a large group of individuals through outlook. I need a way when if I have 2 meetings for the same group, once the first meeting accepts reaches a capacity say 80, an automated message is sent saying to all remaining non respondents stating its full (allowing no more accepts) and they would have to accept the second scheduled meeting.
At the moment 100 could accept the first meeting meaning the location is over subscribed.
