Outlook Max Size Exceeded

I have an Outlook on pop3. My inbox is set to limit of 100mb. I had about 200mb in the mailbox. I got the error message about exceeding mailbox. I archived emails and the inbox is now about 10mb and the sent is about 3mb. I still get the error message "462 exceeded size message". What gives help.

Check your other folders, especially Deleted Items and possibly Junk E-Mail. You may just need to empty these

Everything is cleared out only 25mb full out of 100mb. I archived a lot of old stuff. Would this still have an effect on me get the message since the archive file is in the same folder as the outlook.pst file?
