Outlook Macro: want to send emails from outlook 2010 to specific recipients only.

Hi All,

I m using outlook 2010. I want to restrict my outlook users to send emails to only those recipients which I have given permission.

For Example, I give permission to send email to only abc@yahoo.com. email should be sent to only abc@yahoo.com if user want to send other than this user should be omitted.

Please let me know if you need any other input.
