I am wondering if it is possible to do this effort in a way that would work best for the user in control. I want a macro to store on outlook that would run as follows:
- User selects the group of emails they aim to convert to PDF
- User selects the macro
- Macro converts all selected email into a single PDF document (using PDFCreator)
- User completes PDFCreator template for save and continues
- Browser opens and user finds the appropriate folder to save into
- PDF Saves
