Good morning everyone-

I am trying to automate a task at work.I have create a "form" email for my employees to use in Outlook. They open the "form" email and change two items, a ticket number and a location. They type this information manually. It has been requested that we add a hyperlink to our database that takes someone directly to the ticket. The ticket is unique for every email.

example: www.aol.com/ticketID=12345

My thoughts were to create a macro to attach the hyperlink as the send button is clicked (similar to how you can run a macro in excel upon opening or closing a spreadsheet).

1. Is this even possible?
2. Any ideas on how to create this?

Thanks Aaron

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
