I want to reinstall Windows Xp soon, as I got a virus and after cleaning the computer doesn't work as smooth as before. I gives some strange errors and sometimes it justs hangs up... I want to backup Outlook Express emails and settings before reinstall, and restore afterwards. Any help?

Get help while writing formula
Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
Also, the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard isn't bad. It should be part of your XP installation.

Something else to consider when you are up and running again: buy imaging software and an external hard drive. I use Norton Ghost but Acronis makes a good product too. Reason: If something goes wrong, you can wipe the hard drive (or install a new one), restore the image, and you are back to where you started less than 30 minutes after starting the restore. It saved me a couple of days once, and it's definitely the way to go.
