Outlook Executes in Safe Mode

Hello all,

First let me start by stating that my laptop completed a series of updates this morning.

I opened Outlook and it started in Safe Mode.
I did a restart.
I opened Outlook and it started in Safe Mode.
I did a shut down
I powered up
I opened Outlook and it started in Safe Mode.

Can anyone help me with why Outlook is starting in Safe mode?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Basically, uninstall KB3114409 or set a registry key to disable Safe mode.
