Outlook email: how analyze word frequency

I'm a slow typist and want to focus my practice on those words I most often type. Hence, I would like to find a way to analyze my word frequency in my thousands of emails in my Outlook Sent folder. Doing so should yield a decisive list of the top 200 word or so that I should focus on.

Can anyone recommend a software program (free or otherwise) that could quickly analyze what words I use most in my Outlook's 'Sent' folder? I would be much obliged.
