Hello All,

Please let me know how can I copy body of the e-mail to Text document without changing the format by VBA automatically when the e-mail arrives with a subject "Test"

regards,

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
make a rule to run this when message containing "test" in subject line arrives

Code:
Sub testRun(Item As Outlook.MailItem)

    On Error GoTo olkError

    MsgBox Item.Body

olkError:
    If Err <> 0 Then
      MsgBox Err.Number & " - " & Err.Description
      Err.Clear
    End If

End Sub
