Sorry if this is the wrong forum but I am a bit unsure where to post this.

I have a spreadsheet containing a list of customers with their names, address and also e-mail address. Is there anyway to transfer all the e-mail address into a distribution list in Outlook without copying and pasting them. The spreadsheet contains over 1000 entries and it would take a bit of time to copy and paste each indiviual one so any help or ideas would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
I think I have this one

Open up your spreadsheet containing your date, then save as CSV (comma delimited)
That gives you a CSV file saved where ever you choose

Open up your address book in outlook and choose
FILE
IMPORT
Select ' Other Address Book'

From the list that appears select

Text File (Comma separated values)

Hit Import

Browse to where you saved the newly created CSV

The rest should be easy as it is a matter of just selecting the header name to correspond with the NAME / ADDRESS / Email ADDRESS

Hope that works it did for me when I just tried it.
