Hi,

I am looking for assistance to create a custom action to be applied to all emails coming into an Outlook email box.

The scenario we have is that emails are being sent into us using specific customer addresses into customer specific mailboxes. The email is then auto forwarded to a 'group' mailbox that has been auto enabled to redirect work into workflow management system that we use.

The emails that are forwarded into our workflow system are then assigned to particular sales consultants based on who the original query is from.

In order for the allocation to be accurate, a rule can be used that is based on the subject field. Ideally, I would like an outlook customer action that place the email address of the original sender into the subject field prior to forwarding it onto our group mailbox. The email will then be forwarded into our workflow system and can be accurately assigned by using the subject field.

Apologies if this is confusing!
