I know how to do an auto reply and handle that.

What I am trying to solve is when an email comes in that meets the specific rules I want to be able to send back an auto reply response to that person with the following information
1. Senders Name
2. Subject
3. Date Received
4. Response Date

Want the email to look similar to this:

Dear “SENDERS NAME”,
We received on “DATE SENT” your email relating to “SUBJECT Entered here automatically

Your request will be processed and closed out by EOB “DATE SENT +72 HOURS

Dear John Doe,
We received on June 28, 2023 your email relating to Fixing Outlook Issues.

Your request will be processed and closed out by EOB, July 1, 2023.

Can this be done in outlook without using 3rd Party Programs?

Thanks for your Time and assistance
