Right now we have a four person team for the scheduling department using Outlook to setup times for training and other meetings. At this time, as I understand it, the person who set up the meeting is the only one that can change or cancel the meeting. Is there something that can be done to override this (in the case where the person originally setting up the appointment is not at work on a day where we may need to change or cancel it)?
